Lisa and her team of carers have been looking after my Father for over 3 weeks now. They are always punctual and professional and leave me with much needed peace of mind. I would recommend Caring Comes 1st to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

I just want to send all of you at Caring Comes 1st a heartfelt 'thank you' for bringing some light into the horrible dark place that Kim and I are in now. Knowing that i can call and get help or advice at any time is not only professional but most comforting. Vicki has been a star by putting up with me changing the roster, cancelling or adding visits and generally being a pain. It is rare that I don't get a call to keep me updated and I appreciate that.
As for the girls who come out to look after Kim, well, 'phenomenal' does not do them justice!
The way they interact with Kim, the patience, understanding, professionalism and obvious desire to help is beyond anything I could have imagined. Even if we are having an awful day, I know that when I open that door there will be sunshine and one of them standing there with a great big smile saying 'hi there', and I am 'lifted'!
You have changed our lives for the better and for that I am eternally grateful!!!

We sadly lost my mum, Olive Parr, on 9th March 2020. In her last months, her life was much happier with the care she received from Caring Comes 1st. Mum was in a lot of pain but always loved a laugh. She would always tell me about her carers and was always laughing and telling me how happy she was to see them.
Caring Comes 1st treated my mum with dignity and more importantly as a person who needed to feel genuinely loved. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for the level of care and compassion they show. They listen and genuinely care about the people they care for.

Caring Comes 1st stepped in to support my mum (and often me) when we were coming out of the darkness of lockdown. They were absolutely brilliant from day one! My mum had a small group of carers who really got to know her and formed genuine and warm friendships with her. They often went over and beyond their contractual hours to make sure that mum was safe and happy. They made sure that wherever possible, routines were stuck to and both mum and I knew who was coming. Vicky and Danielle were always at the end of the phone should I need to check anything and gave lots of great advice. Couldn't have been happier with Caring Comes 1st. Sadly, mum has now moved into nursing care and I miss the Caring Comes 1st carers.
