Palliative care for the elderly in Bristol
It’s distressing when a loved one has a terminal illness. There are practical and emotional burdens to overcome. Arranging palliative (end-of-life) care at home for your family member or friend means they can stay somewhere they feel comfortable, close to their memories and the people they love.
This is where we can help, by offering the specialist emotional and practical support of one of our experienced care assistants whenever you need it. We help with the day-to-day matters, whether it’s personal care, medication, meal times or simply a friendly chat. This way, family and friends can make the most of their remaining time together.
We’ll agree a care plan tailored to your personal needs and choices. It could be a full-time live-in carer, someone to visit and offer extra help, or any level of care in between. We’ll also work in conjunction with any other level of support you have such as hospices, support groups or district nurses, to provide just the right level of home care.
